Much more than a massage...
It is more energizing and rigorous than more classic forms of massage
This form of Bodywork has more in common with physiotherapy, osteopathy or chiropractics.
The therapist uses hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches. It includes muscle compression, joint mobilization, reflex stimulation and acupressure from the tips of your toes to the top of the head!
Many people say Thai massage is like doing yoga without any work; amazingly relaxing and energizing.
It is performed on a padded mat on the floor with the client dressed in comfortable clothing that allows for stretches.
The typical duration of a massage is 1 to 2 hrs - you decide!
Treatments are adapted to your personal condition to benefit you the most.
